Sioplast International Corporation was incorporated in Reno, Nevada on January, 24th 2001.

The company's mission is the development of SIOPLAST as a material itself along with the sale of SIOPLAST production plants worldwide. Entrepeneurs and investors are being offered license agreements to produce final products based on SIOPLAST patented technology on plants delivered and maintained by SIOPLAST. In regions of particular interest/potential SIOPLAST is forming Joint-Venture relationships with local partners for production plants of large volume and output.

Joint-Venture agreements have already been put in place and current demand is projecting a fast growing number of Joint Venture entities throughout the globe within the next two to three years.
Production Facilities are being manufactured by SIOPLAST's wholly owned subsidiary Sioplast Produktionsgesellschaft mbH in Ichtershausen/Germany, the entity that also is continously developing the technology further.
SIOPLAST® combines both, the robustness of sand and the ductility of plastic material based on long polymers.    This leads to properties which makes SIOPLAST® an outstanding material with these main characteristics:

• lower abrasion rate compared to standard  concrete
• resistant against most chemical products
